Reflexology is a deeply relaxing complementary therapy, which focuses on working on the reflex points of your feet, hands, face and ears which correspond to the different parts of the body. It aims to focus on increasing well-being, improving sleep, reducing anxiety and releasing tension. These could be caused by different types of stresses - physical, psychological or emotional. Through this process of working on the pressure points of your hands, feet and face reflexology strives to rebalance the body as a whole.
